Welcome to ThemeVora. This License Policy explains how you may use the digital products purchased or downloaded from ThemeVora.
By purchasing or downloading any product from ThemeVora, you agree to the terms described below.
1. What You Receive
When you purchase or download a product from ThemeVora, you receive a license to use the product, not ownership of the original source files or intellectual property.
Products available on ThemeVora may include:
- HTML Templates
- Bootstrap Templates
- Tailwind CSS Templates
- React Templates
- Next.js Templates
- WordPress Themes
- Admin Dashboards
- UI Kits
- Figma Templates
- Landing Page Templates
- Other digital design and development resources
2. Standard License
Unless a product specifically states otherwise, the standard license allows you to:
You May
- Use the product for personal projects.
- Use the product for commercial projects.
- Modify and customize the source code.
- Change colors, typography, images, layouts, and other design elements.
- Use the product to create a website or web application for yourself or a client.
- Use the final customized project for commercial purposes.
- Use the product in one end product/project unless the individual product license states otherwise.
3. Client Projects
You may use a ThemeVora product to create a website or digital project for a client.
For example:
You purchase a React template and customize it to create a website for your client.
This is allowed.
However, you must not transfer the original template files to your client as a standalone product.
The client should receive the finished/customized project, not the original downloadable template package.
4. You May Not
You are not allowed to:
- Resell the original ThemeVora product.
- Redistribute the original ZIP/source files.
- Upload our products to another marketplace.
- Share downloadable files publicly.
- Make the original product available through GitHub, GitLab, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar services.
- Sell or distribute the product as a standalone template.
- Claim the original design or source code as your own.
- Use ThemeVora products to create a competing template marketplace or downloadable resource library.
- Provide the original source files to multiple unrelated users or clients.
- Remove or modify copyright/license notices where the product specifically requires them to remain.
5. Free Products
ThemeVora may provide selected products for free.
Free products are provided under the same applicable license restrictions unless a specific product states otherwise.
Free does not mean:
Free to redistribute or resell.
You may use a free product for your own personal or commercial project, but you may not redistribute the original files as your own product.
6. Multiple Projects
A license generally applies to one end product/project.
If you want to use the same product for multiple independent projects, you may need to obtain an additional license where required by the product’s individual license terms.
Example
You purchase a $15 HTML template.
You use it for:
Project A → ✅ Allowed
Using the same original template independently for:
Project A + Project B + Project C
may require additional licenses depending on the product’s stated license.
7. SaaS and Web Applications
You may use ThemeVora templates and UI resources to build:
- SaaS applications
- Web applications
- Business websites
- Startup websites
- Client projects
- Dashboards
- Landing pages
- Portfolios
- E-commerce websites
However, you may not redistribute the original template/source files as a downloadable product inside your SaaS or application.
8. WordPress Themes
For WordPress themes, the applicable license may vary depending on the individual product.
Some WordPress products may contain third-party libraries, plugins, fonts, icons, images or other assets that are licensed separately.
You are responsible for reviewing the license information included with the individual product.
9. Third-Party Assets
Some products may contain third-party resources such as:
- Fonts
- Icons
- Images
- Illustrations
- JavaScript libraries
- CSS frameworks
- Plugins
- Stock assets
These assets may have their own licenses and restrictions.
ThemeVora does not transfer ownership of third-party assets to you.
You should review the relevant third-party license before using such assets outside the original product.
10. Product Updates
When updates are provided for a product, they may be available to customers according to the product’s individual terms.
An update may include:
- Bug fixes
- Compatibility improvements
- Security improvements
- Design improvements
- New features
- Documentation updates
ThemeVora does not guarantee that every product will receive updates indefinitely.
11. Ownership and Copyright
All original ThemeVora products, designs, source code, documentation and related materials remain the intellectual property of ThemeVora or their respective creators, except for third-party components and assets that are separately licensed.
Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright ownership to the customer.
12. License Violation
If we determine that a product has been redistributed, resold, publicly shared or otherwise used in violation of this License Policy, ThemeVora may:
- Suspend or terminate access to the affected product.
- Disable download access.
- Restrict the associated customer account.
- Take appropriate legal or other action where necessary.
Previously purchased licenses may also be revoked in cases of serious or repeated violations.
13. Refunds and License Issues
License restrictions do not change our Refund Policy.
If you are unsure whether a particular use of a product is permitted, please contact us before purchasing or using the product.
